This work presents a unified mechanistic framework for physics based on four minimal, first-principles assumptions: (1) gravity propagates at the causal speed c, (2) time flows in one direction (retarded propagation only), and (3) every fundamental massive particle continuously emits fundamental gravitational wave shells whose time-averaged superposition constitutes gravity. Well, it became a zero input theory of everything, like these things do. Math checks out good enough. All this stuff looks like pi and geometric fits, they are, they are waves that fit in 3d space. I had to add energy is conserved in all domains, apparently that's not obvious. I made up the mechanisms and ran them in my head from only observable physics no additions besides what I can "see" going on in the proton and electron and black holes and quarks and leptons and mesons and space time and between galaxies at different time and space and domain layers with an ever present now which makes space time flat and nonhomogeneous and has each observers frame have the same fundamental frequency of the protons Compton frequency of 2.27 x 10^23 and everything else is just space time and flux wave interference, the math seems to work, but it's Ai so who knows.
